Fitzgerald Elected President of Central Florida FPA

Orlando, Fla. – April 25, 2003 – Charles E. Fitzgerald, III, a principal with wealth management and retirement services firm, Spraker, Fitzgerald, Tamayo & Moisand, LLC, has been chosen as the president-elect of the Central Florida Chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). The Financial Planning Association, with 29,000 members, is the largest organization in the country representing financial planners. Members include individuals and companies who have contributed to building the financial planning profession and those who champion the financial planning process. The FPA was formed in 2000 through the merger of two predecessor organizations – The Institute of Certified Financial Planners (ICFP) and The International Association of Financial Planning (IAFP).

Susan Spraker was a board member of the FPA and both predecessor organizations. Ronald Tamayo is the current chairman of the Central Florida Chapter, and Dan Moisand was the 1998 president of the Central Florida ICFP and is currently on the FPA’s national board.
