Fitzgerald to Take Office as President of Financial Planning Association

Melbourne, Fla.- December 10, 2003 - Charles E. Fitzgerald, III, CFP, partner of wealth management and retirement services firm, Spraker, Fitzgerald, Tamayo & Moisand, LLC, will officially take office as President of the Central Florida Chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) January 1, 2004.
