Moisand Wins Journal of Financial Planning's Call for Papers
Becomes the only two-time winner of the magazine's competition

The paper titled "My Final Exam," addresses the regulatory issues facing the financial planning profession. Describing his last compliance exam before retirement, Moisand discusses the current state of financial planning and how it may be in the future.

"Being on the front lines of compliance issues for sometime, I was looking for a way to generate dialogue within the profession on how to build a better regulatory structure," says Moisand. Moisand's paper, "Urge to Merge: Insights from a Sole Practitioner's Search for Partners," was published by the Journal of Financial Planning after winning the Call for Papers competition in 2002.
